This is a HIGH vibe 4 month INTIMATE podcast mastermind for 12 women who are obsessed with podcasting that want to get 1 on 1 support from Kacia, connection to other high level podcasts & learn how to best leverage their shows (regardless of downloads) to create a business that feels ALIGNED, FUN & SIMPLE.

Women in this mastermind that are motivated by TIME freedom & want to work less but more strategically and REALLY care about enjoying their LIFE in pursuit of their business goals.

They are interested in building community and identify with have a message/mission to share and want to learn more about how to effectively create online products/programs and/or bringing women together in person as the main streams income into their business.

Women in this mastermind want to build business’ they are OBSESSED with but not at the cost of impacting their health and relationships.

They also are open to learning more about strategic ways to take their active income and put a percentage aside for more passive income opportunities that will create more freedom later.

This mastermind is a 4 month container that includes:

Four 1 on 1 calls with Kacia (one each month) with one of them being a podcast audit with a personalized plan of how you can leverage your show to drive revenue into your business

Monthly Group zoom calls with curated content and/or speakers applicable to the groups needs; also designed to help connect with other women in this community.

A 2 1/2 day In Person Retreat in Denver, CO (Sun. April 28th- Tues. 30th) *activities and all food covered in cost of Mastermind, you just cover hotel*

A private group with resources and connection opportunities for mastermind members to coordinate additional networking/ collab opportunities.
